You retain all rights to the images you upload. PrismBG only uses uploaded images to process your requests and does not use them for AI training, marketing, or resale. Uploaded images are automatically deleted shortly after processing.

  • You agree to pay the stated price and any applicable taxes

  • Subscription billing is recurring unless you cancel

  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings

We use secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) for payment processing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on PrismBG (excluding user uploads) is the property of PrismBG and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PrismBG is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PrismBG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
